I like to store my green smoothies in the freezer and just take them out in the evening, put it in the fridge and so it will be defrosted in the morning and will keep the vibrant colour. I  always leave a little gap at the top, because frozen liquids expand. Also, you need freezeproof bottles in order to do this.

Why are green smoothies good for you?

Leafy greens are loaded with antioxidants and vitamins.

Green smoothies are trendy. There is a good reason why! Blending greens in the morning is one of the best things for breakfast. The mango adds sweetness and makes the smoothie smooth, the pineapple is sweet and tangy and the dates add some extra sweetness.
