2 Peeled & frozen bananas
2 tsp chai spice mix
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut/cashew/almond)
1- To your blender, add the frozen banana pieces and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed.
2- Add the chai spice mix and pulse for a few seconds.
3- Fill into your favourite bowl and swirl in some nut butter.

Why is chai-spiced nicecream good for you?
Because its likely the most healthy ice cream you could eat. Its dairy-free and industrial-sugar-free! Plus chai spices are a great combination of very beneficial spices. Finally, nut butter is one of Dr. Gregers ‘daily dozen’ recommendations.
