Chai-Spiced Golden Milk:
1-2 tsp ground turmeric
1 – 1 1/2 tsp chai spice mix
1-2 tsp maple/date syrup
1 cup (240 ml) almond milk (oat/soy/coconut)
1- To a small saucepan, add one cup of almond milk (or other plant milk), and warm over medium heat.
2- Add the turmeric, the chai spice-mix along with some sweetener of your choice.
3- You can froth the milk with a hand blender (optional).
Pour the milk it into your favourite mug.
4- Get snuggly. Grab a cosy blanket, a good book and enjoy a mindful moment!

Why is chai-spiced golden milk good for you?
Besides all the other beneficial chai spices the golden milk also contains turmeric! Turmeric is one of Dr. Gregers ‘daily dozen’ recommendations. It’s so good for you so he recommends 1/4 tsp for everyone, every day!
