Plant-Based Aquafaba Granola (sugar-oil-egg-free)

This homemade granola is full of the best superfoods. Turn on your oven and roast the goodies!


This recipe is plenty and lasts for a couple of days. You can easily store it up to 3 weeks. Why are we using whipped aquafaba? It’s plant-based – it’s healthy and it coats the ingredients. We require it to make our granola sticky and crunchy. My favorite nuts are hazelnuts and almonds. My dried fruit of choice is cranberries – what’s yours? Use your favorite nuts and dried fruit.

It tastes great with plant milks, fresh fruit and on yogurt.
